After graduating from Oxford University, I trained as a careers consultant at Canterbury Christ Church University. I’ve been practicing as a careers consultant for over 20 years within university and adult guidance services, with clients working in a huge range of sectors including media and the creative industries; finance and professional services; academia; heritage; marketing; retail; charity and the public sector.
I really enjoy the challenge of working with people who are making a career change and consider it a privilege to be involved in such a pivotal moment of someone’s life. Whether it’s re-framing your ideas after a set-back; starting a new life after leaving the military; preparing to return to (paid!) work after having children- either picking up where you left off or making a fresh start in a new direction; I’ve worked with individuals from a huge range of circumstances, age groups and backgrounds.
